Purchasing Leasing Rights to our Beats is a simple 4-step Process:

1. Look through our Beat Vault to decide which beats you want to acquire Leasing Rights to.

2. Locate the PayPal shopping cart on the page. Find the Quantity and Price of the desired Leasing Rights package.

3. Lists the names of the beats you would like to acquire Leasing RIghts to in the "Name the Beats You Desire" section.

4. Click the "Pay Now" button.


You're purchase will be directed to a safe and secure PayPal page, where you can review your order and enter in your method of payment. You can pay by credit card (if you do not have a PayPal account), or you can pay with your PayPal funds.

Kayotik Kraftz Productions and Dark Hill Productions do not have access to your personal information and are incapable of storing such information. We make sure that your online shopping experience is safe, secure and easy by utilizing a shopping cart from a trusted and well-renowned company, such as PayPal.

Once your payment is received and cleared, you will receive the digital download to your purchase. You will receive the link to your digital download within 24-48 hours. All digital download links will remain active for 24 hours.

Leasing Rights:
The purchase of leasing rights grants you limited-artistic and legislative rights to a beat for one single profitable purpose on any medium (i.e. album or mixtape), for up to 3000 sales units. If this limit is reached, a further leasing agreement must be purchased. A beat may be leased to more than one person. When purchased, you will receive an untagged copy of the beat in a high quality .WAV-file format as an electronic download link, sent to your email, along with its corresponding contract. Credit must be given to "Kayotik Kraftz" or "TheDarkHill.com".


Delivery: Download link will be sent to your email within 24 hours after payment has been received.

License Terms: The purchase of a premium leasing right grants you limited-artistic and legislative rights to a beat for one single profitable purpose on any medium (i.e. album or mixtape), for up to 5000 sales units. When purchased, you will receive the .WAV-file format, corresponding track out of the beat, and contract as a download link sent to your email. Credit must be given to "Kayotik Kraftz" or "TheDarkHill.com."

Delivery: Download link will be sent to your email within 24 hours after payment has been received.

Exclusive Rights:
The purchase of exclusive rights grants you full artistic and commercial rights to the beat, with no sales limit, allowing the unlimited use on any profitable medium.  Upon purchase, you will receive the fully tracked out copy of the beat in its original .WAV-file format as an electronic download link, sent to your email, along with its corresponding contract. Kayotik Kraftz Production cannot,s under any circumstances, resale the beat. Production credit must be given to "Kayotik Kraftz" or "TheDarkHill.com".
