What's going on everybody? A very great deal of time has passed since the last time I posted a few thoughts on our home page at KayoKraftz.com. I can assure you all that I do not intend for that to happen again. Life can get downright overbearing sometimes. Yet, I suppose everyone has a major shift of life priorities every now again. So, having said that -- there are a few great things coming along the timeline! Kayotik Kraftz is officially working on producing some serious talent right now. So, just who are these talented artists? Representing the 413, we have City$un and Drama Queen. Many respects paid to Damien Rivera, Co-Founder of Dark Hill Productions, for really getting some foot work in and linking us all up. (What most people really don't know is that I reside in Virginia. Most of the artists I work with or communicate with are from Cali, New York, Massachusetts, Delaware, UK, Germany, and the like. The internet is a very powerful medium in linking artists to producers and vice versa. With that being said, majority of the Dark Hill family rests in Springfield, MA.) It's a great pleasure to be able to work with City$un and Drama Queen. To them, I'm probably just a guy that makes great instrumentals, however... To me, I am a fan of these talented youths. I am currently working on City$un's new album which is to be release very soon. We anticipate having at least 14 tracks of solid material ready for the world's ears. Though the release date will be a few months off, City is loaded with a ton of K. Kraftz-blended mixes right now! I was given word that he will begin recording next week! The kid is versatile without a doubt; so I'm definitely amped about what he has been scripting for his first single. The kid is raw beyond belief, and his grind is astounding! The guy has an insatiable hunger to release great content, with a plethora of mixtapes to back it up! City$un's debut album still remains untitled at the moment, yet there are a few title ideas floating around at the Dark Hill headquarters. More details will be posted as we get more and more material completed. Definitely keep your eyes peeled, and keep a look out for more details! You're probably thinking another female emcee that talks about nothing except purses, sex, violence, love, and money. Wrong! She doesn't mention a word about a purse! This girl can murder female AND male emcees on wax, easily! She rules the mic without question! Her name speaks for itself, and her music declares the reign! I remember hearing this talented young lady's music many months ago--not having the slightest clue that I'd be making instrumentals tailored to her fitting. As of right now, I am creating a few mixes for Drama Queen with great anticipation that we will have a brand new single for the fans and listener's to snack on. Something tells me that Drama Queen will really set a new lyrical bar while shattering the image of femcee stereotypes. This girl is the next Jean Grey, I swear! For them, I have created new bangers that world has never heard before, and I am more than pleased with their ideas and energy. So here's to my Dark Hill family! What’s going on everybody?

K. Kraftz here, dropping another line for all you listeners and followers out there.

Actually, I am scripting this particular blog to apologize to you all for my complete neglect of KayoKraftz.com. For some time now, I have been busy with personal issues and business decisions. I wanted to live up to my commitment to releasing a new instrumental every Saturday, but I have had no time to really dedicate to my resolution. However, regardless of my long silence, I have been in the lab making new instrumentals. The world has yet to hear what I have in store, considering a lot of the musical pieces I am finishing are custom made. For a while, I have been in the dungeon taking up a few tasks which I will be sharing with you all today.

Currently, I am producing for Damien Rivera’s new album. The album is still untitled, but this will be the first time that his album will brand the markings of Dark Hill Productions, the sibling company of Kayotik Kraftz Productions. As some of you may or may not know, I have been creating many unheard bangers for a west coast mixtape I am hosting for Sicco Blue. A few of the songs I produced for Sicco Blue will be showcased on “Gangland.” Gangland is a history channel series that focuses on the inner working of gangs and gang members. Between these two projects I have postponed the release of my second instrumental album. These two projects are the most time consuming at the moment. There are other things happening behind the scenes, right now, that I have yet to speak on that are affecting the frequency of releasing my material, as well.

I do thank each and every visitor that stops by and listens to the music, and I appreciate every member sign-up, twitter follower, facebook request, myspace add, and email I receive from every individual. I am aware I am nowhere nearly as followed or renowned as other producers at the moment. I am not that big of a social bird, but I am working on being more active and dynamic as time progresses. Networking isn’t easy when you’re busy with time consuming projects and fatherhood. I am working hard to break the repeated silences and disappearances I have been undergoing.

So there you have it, straight from the source: I am stretched out into various tasks without truly being able to focus on just one, right now. Good news is: The new material I have been producing will make your heads rock harder than San Andreas. It’s just a matter of time before it’s all released. I also have some honorable mentions. I have had the pleasure to touch base with Objektiv, a very talented artist out of Wisconsin, and Krafty, a talented artist out in the UK.

K. Kraftz dropping another line through the blog. I wanted to let you all know that I have generated a YouTube video showcasing a brand new beat. The beat is titled: "Keep Coastin"

This beat will be available on Saturday for you all to download at you leisure. This video was made due to receiving requests to see what kind of a setup/software I use to make my instrumentals. Of course, it's no secret I use FL Studios and Reason 3 to make beats. In this video, you'll be seeing some of the various plug-ins I use while I am monitoring the volume levels and listening to the entire production.

A Long Hiatus

What going on everybody,

It's K. Kraftz logging on once again to drop a line to all of you listening and reading the posts.

I've been crazy busy lately. Between making custom beats and working with some personal life adjustments, I have been unfortunately neglecting my duty to update the website every Saturday. So if you've been wondering when K. Kraftz was going to drop a new banger for you all to vibe or rap to, wonder no further. I have a new beat posted for you all to download at your leisure.

The title of this new instrumental is "Get Back." It's has a bit of a Dr. Dre/Xzibit feel to it. So if you like that west coast flavor, definitely download it and rock with it.

Also, I was randomly searching youtube and came across a rapper named "Eklipse." Apparently, he used one of my instrumentals and put my name in the title of the video subject. So, if you know this artists, tell him I said thanks for the support.

Well, I have to keep it short and brief today, but I will be back to upload more material soon. Thank you to everyone supporting the music and spreading the word!

I made it a point to get these two things up and running after some well deserved rest. I think I woke up at 1:00 p.m. today. I wasn't sure if it was morning or afternoon when I woke up considering it's snowing outside.

So, I figure since the streets will be undrivable for about a day or two, I might as well make some more beats to pass the time. If you have to go out in the snow (if you have any) bundle up and be safe.

What's going on everybody, K. Kraftz here, typing up another new blog for you. It's been roughly a week since everything has been up and running. I think I've finally gotten the hang of updating different modules and intergrating some integral functions that will make this site better for you as you browse. What's been added you ask? Good question. Well, I added a few new sections to the site: The Faqs and the Policy/Usage pages are up and coded in. I also updated the Site Exclusives and intergrated them with the Free Downloads. I think it makes thing easier to look at and navigate through for you all, instead of the older setup I had running prior to the update. Now all you have to do is go to one page to download new, exclusive beats from KayoKraftz.com! Just signup to be a member and you will have unlimited access to our Site Exclusives! I am making sure I have some good beats selected for the Site Exclusives. I believe over time, our website will be more lively than now. It's only been a week since it's birth and it's already looking and feeling better and better as time passes. With the right music behind it, there will be no limit to it's potential. I will be posting a new Site Exclusive in a few hours! So be on the look out for it. You can signup for our mailing list, or become a memeber of KayoKraftz.com, and you will be sent exclusive beats and news straight to your email! I'm so excited about it all! Also, I will be adding a Guestbook at the same time I upload the new site exclusive. That means that all you visitors, fans, and members can post your thoughts and comments here on the website directly. I will someday have a forum made here when I get a larger community. It would be nice to participate and share ideas and thoughts with you all on a more frequent basis than through this blog sometimes. I think thats about it for now. It's about 3:37 a.m. in the morning, I have been typing and editing for about 6 or 7 hours straight just to get you guys the needed updates and information. Whats happening everybody?! It's K. Kraftz posting up another blog for the big WWW. Got a few updates for ya. I have currently added a new page to KayoKraftz.com --- titled "Site Exclusive." On this page you will find beats that are hosted specifically on this site only. So whether you're an artists looking for some fresh material that hasn't been picked over quite yet, or just a follower of the music made here, you will find some special material on the "Site Exclusive" page under the Beat Shop. More than likely I will have the site exclusives streaming in my site-wide player here on kayokraftz.com. But you will definitely not find them in the Soundclick player. I started this up becuase I wanted to offer all of you something unique and special for the time you give to actually listen and read through these blogs. I will also be dedicating a new beat to the site exclusives every week. Definitely signup to the mailing list to recieve updates about the new release of a brand new Site Exclusive. I'll have to brand a specific day dedicated to those, won't I? Hmmm... So I guess I'll release one every Saturday...or, maybe, Sunday. Not quite sure yet. What A Night!

I have to admit, I really had no idea that I would get little to no rest last night. The last thing I remember doing is passing out in front of the laptop. That was about 3 hours ago which lands that mishap at roughly 4:30 a.m. I woke up at 7 .am. due to a loud alarm clock application on my G1. To my surprise, I found that my entire site was missing all of it's text content! Well thats what I thought at first at least. It was actually just a slight bit of coding that turned my font white and made it virtually invisible. Thank goodness for that. I didn't want to have to type all that extra info in again. (Phew.) I like this layout configuration better than the last one I had a few days ago on the launch date of kayokraftz.com. I hope you all enjoy it too. I have been watching this site like a hawk for about 3 days straight to find any errors or mishaps that might occur while I am in the process of updating information on each page. I think I have conquered my site launching jitters. Kayokraftz.com is now able to walk on it's own with little to no problem from my ninja-like updating tactics. Having said all that, time to get you all what you came here for---beats! I'll be intergrating the music more and more from here on. Just bear with me folks. This is my first custom made website. It's taking me a little while to get used to the freedom and range of this power. I'll post another blog soon. For now, I must rest for a few hours before I do anymore work.
