Many hours and days have been expended in our lab to provide you with great beats and a website you can always visit to find more of them. A great deal of time and hard work go into our productions and website, and though we allow you to download our beats for free, we do not wish for them to be stolen, resold, or pirated and used illegally. Kayotik Kraftz Productions wants to be able to provide you with beats for years and years to come, and ask that you follow a few simple guidelines to keep things legal, respectful, and honest.

Below, we have a short list of guidelines as to what you can or cannot use our free downloads for.

What You Can Use Our Beats For:

-You can post the song on your personal website or a social (Myspace/Soundclick/Facebook type) website where people can listen and download the song for free (you must give credit for the beat by linking back to our website www.KayoKraftz.com).
-You can use our beats in your Youtube video as background music as long as credit is given to Kayotik Kraftz Productions in the description box. (i.e. Beat by http://www.KayoKraftz.com)
-You can burn our beats onto a CD for listening and freestyling.
-You can put the song on a demo/promotional CD you will be handing out for free.


What You Can’t Use Our Beats For:

-Radio play.
-You cannot post our beats on a website without your vocals over the beat.
-You cannot sell the song you recorded for any type of monetary gain, including the selling of internet downloads at ANY price.
-You cannot sell your demo to cover the packaging expenses, no matter how small or large the expenses are.
-You cannot perform at live shows or concerts with our beats--profitable AND non-profitable events included.
