What are the differences between Non-Exclusive Rights and Exclusive Rights?
Non-Exclusive Rights allow you permission to make one master recording for profitable commercial purposes and you can sell that recording for up to 2,000 copies through a profitable medium (i.e. EP, LP, mixtapes, internet paid downloads, etc.). Non-Exclusive Rights also grants you the permission of radio play of your recording, and live shows/performances as well. Non-Exclusive Rights remain intact even after Exclusive Rights are sold to someone else, but only if your Non-Exclusive Rights were purchased before the Exclusive Rights are sold.
Exclusive Rights allows you the permission to make multiple master recordings for all profitable commercial or broadcast purposes. Exclusive Rights ensure that the beat can no longer be sold or offered to download to anyone else.

How do I buy a beat from your website?
-Visit the Beat Shop.
-After finding a beat you want from the Beat Vault, locate the Paypal Shopping Cart on the page.
-Chose the Beat Package you desire from the drop-down menu in the shopping cart.
-After you have decided upon which beat package you desire. List the names of the beats you want packaged and delivered to you in the “Name the Beats of Your Choice” box.
-When you are ready to check out, click on the “Buy Now” button.
-You will be taken to a safe and secure PayPal payment page where you can pay with a Credit Card (no PayPal account required) or login to your PayPal account and pay with PayPal funds.
Once payment is received and cleared, you will receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours (most orders will usually be fulfilled within a few hours of a cleared payment) with a download link to the fully mixed version of the beat in 16 bit/44100Hz/Stereo .WAV format. An official signed and dated paper contract granting you rights to the beat will be mailed to you.
Are vocal tags removed after I purchase a beat?
Yes, vocal tags are removed from the high quality MP3 and WAV file(s) that will be sent to you once you have purchased the beat.

What if someone buys the Exclusive Rights after I have already purchased Non-Exclusive Rights?
As long as you purchased your Non-Exclusive Rights to your beat before the Exclusive Rights were sold, then all your rights remain intact as described in your contract.
Can I buy the Exclusive Rights later on if I purchased a Lease first?
Yes. If Exclusive Rights have not already been sold, then you can upgrade your Non-Exclusive Rights to an Exclusive Rights contract and you will only be charged the remaining price difference.
Will you produce a beat for me for free? Can I have a beat for free to use on my album I’ll be selling?
No, we do not do anything for free or for verbally promised royalties with no upfront fee under any circumstances. We make our prices affordable for everyone. If you are serious about making money from your music, then you should not mind investing in Non-Exclusive or Exclusive Rights.
Can you make custom made beats just for me? I want a beat no one else has heard.
Yes. Custom beats can be made just for you. Your custom beat will not be heard or released until you have released your album. Prices start at $600 per Custom beat.
Custom beats will be created according to the exact description you give us. Once we have received your description, we will work on your beat. You will receive a 128kbps MP3 sample of your beat within 1-3 days. Once the beat is agreed upon and full payment is received, we will send you the beat tracked out in .WAV file format, along with the official Kayotik Kraftz Productions Exclusive Rights contract granting you the full rights to your custom made beat.
